I'm not able to insert Online Pictures into word documents.
the error message I get is "An error occurred while importing this file. c;\user\xxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\G54MSWJY\2034911533_d0eb21e0c9_z[1].jpg
the little information I found on this suggested to do a repair but that did not correct the issue for me.
Office is installed in a class room lab and all of the students are experiencing this issue. There are also mandatory profiles in effect here but I get the same problem when I login with my username and I have admin rights to the computers.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi,
Based on the error message, this issue might be due to some factors. Please check some necessary settings first.
1) If you are using Office 2013, we need to use Internet Explorer 9 what is supported by office 2013. If you do not use, IE 9, please upgrade to Internet Explorer 9 or later version.
2) Which type of the Online Pictures? JPGE or PNG and so on? If Word does not recognize the graphic type, Word presents the Convert File dialog box.
Please go to Control Panel=>Programs and Files=>Office 2013=>Add/Remove Programs=>Office Shared Features=>Graphics Filters=>Select each of the graphic filters that you want to install
I hope the above information helps. Reply with the result and I’ll be glad to further assist you.

Thanks George;
The computers has IE 8 on them. After switching to 10 all worked fine.

I'm using Office 2013 on Win 7 64. I can paste an image, but cannot insert. Images once pasted can be saved. But when the file is opened, the message "This image cannot currently be displayed" appears for some while others display, and some appear as a black spot. Using change picture with insert always ends with the above message. All uses of insert picture in all Office apps ends with the message "An error occurred while importing this file." Same result with tiff, jpeg, gif, bmp, etc. I have repaired, uninstalled, and reinstalled Office more than once. This does not fix anything. I saw a reply to this question elsewhere that said the OS needs to be reinstalled. The directions to find the graphic filters does not relate to my Win 7 installation. I can't find installation options. I see Control Panel --> Programs --> Programs and Features. The only further options are Organize, Uninstall, and Repair. Tried all of them and no installation options. This is not acceptable. I see WordPerfect in my future if this does not get fixed.
