Hi,
Out of the blue, two of my shared mailboxes, cannot be access from OWA any more. I´m getting this error in OWA:
client-request-id: 6F18EF43D9314DF2BBE4D4F995C2E1CE_1481806146450
X-OWA-Error: SDServerErr;Microsoft.Exchange.Services.Core.Types.NonExistentMailboxException
X-OWA-Version: 15.1.771.16
X-FEServer: AM2PR03CA0025
X-BEServer: AM2PR06MB0625.eurprd06.prod.outlook.com
Date: 15-12-2016 12:49:08I have tried to remove my self with FullAccess and give my self FullAccess again
in powershell - but it did not fix it.It happens for all users trying to access OWA.
But we can open the mailbox okay from Outlook, and the mailboxdo receive and send mails.Looks like a issue with the frontend server at Microsoft?Any ideas?RegardsRobert

Hope you are accessing with owa/sharedmailbox option. Also verify the OWA enabled for the shared mailbox.

Yes I am.
OWA is enabled. Everything looks okay from a configuration point of view.
It just started last weekend.

Hi,
Does the issue only occur two shared mailboxes?
Have you recently made any changes in the problematical mailboxes?
About the issue, I suggest we move the share mailbox to another database for test.
To narrow down the issue, try to create a brand new shared mailbox and assign the same permission, then check if the issue persists.
Best Regards,
David Wang
