Azure Cloud Shell sandbox does not load

Hello,

I have a pay-as-you-go Azure account and I received a "Free training to expand your Azure skills" email. I logged into the site, created a profile, started the "Azure Fundamentals -> Core Cloud Services - Intro -> Create a VM" learning path and the Azure Cloud Shell just gets stuck at:

Azure Cloud Shell

Configuring Cloud Shell for sandbox access...

And never gets any further. What do I need to do to push it into action? I am signed in, the lesson page says "Sandbox activated!"

Meanwhile, refer to this Troubleshooting guide, if you get to try again and see any of the errors mentioned in this guide.Thanks.

I tried reproducing and was able to get the sandbox activated. Can you please confirm that you were able to successfully "sign in to activate sandbox" by clicking on the button as shown below:


After signing-in, it reviews the permissions and then loading sandbox will appear. It will take a minute and then it shows as below:

When I signed in on the learning path site first as you did and then opened the Create VM page, I could see "Sandbox activated" and the message that you saw:

Configuring Cloud Shell for sandbox access...

But after a minute, cloud shell load up for me.
Can you please retry both ways and see if it works for you. Thanks.

Yes, I am signed in, it reviews my permissions and then just stalls - I let it sit for 30 minutes this morning, no change:

Hi Karishma,

Im having a similar issue. 

I am possibly signed into the sandbox, but i dont see the command line and cannot type any commands. I see only the "top part" of the shell, which has the circular arrow and text "Azure Cloud Shell". Despite not being able to use the sandbox, my sandbox time is running while trying to solve this.

Any ideas?
