Where do I find my Publisher ID?

I am a little lost with the easiest of things right now... I cannot find my Windows Publisher ID.

Where would I look to find that from a desktop?

Hi Jeb Eldridge,

You could see the Windows Publisher ID in your Account setting page in Dev Center,you could find it by the steps: dashboard/ setting/ Developer settings/ Account settings. As the following picture shown:
