Android device wipe action not available

Hi,

I have enrolled a Nokia 3.1 Android device to Intune. I set the device IMEI code to corporate device identifiers and enrolled the device with the Intune Company Portal application from Google Play Store.

In Intune the device is listed as corporate owned and it is compliant.

Why can't I use the "Wipe" action from the overview menu?

Other options are available and they work, but Wipe is greyed out. I've uploaded a picture below.

Hello,

Is the device enrolled with Android for Work? If so, it's expected that Wipe is NOT supported for Android work profile. Please view the following screenshot, refer to the article below for more details.
