Totally remove Lync

Hello
recently I installed office 2013 and It is working fine . But whenever I turned my PC one the Lync started automatically then decided to uninstall Lync since I did not need it. then I uninstalled office and  with custom setting  in the Lync option I selected "NOT AVAILABLE" and then installed . This time Lync is not coming when I turn my pc on , But there is a notification keep coming whenever I turn my pc one from  Lync.exe - System Error  that says  "The program cant start because RtmMvrAs.dll is missing from your computer . try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I don't want to start Lync that's why I uninstalled it how can I get rid of this error notification . Please help .
