Using windows 10 64 bits, have only one user that is administrator. I used to have no problem, now everything I need to run as an administrator does not work. And every software that needs to run as an adminstrator does not work.
If I just try to right click *I get a popup error message with:
*C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe
Windows cannot find "C:\WINDOWS\system3cmd.exc" Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
If I try to click on CPANEL - Divice manager also shows an error message that can not find.
anything I ty to run like sfc/scannow I got the error that windows can not find.

Hi,
All fix include Kapil.Arya provided require that you have second admin account in your Windows. However, it seems that you only have one account in your computer.
So, the only way for you is reinstall the Windows.
