Hello,
I can also my Exchange 2010 are not running the Get-ActiveSyncDevice since it is apparently absent. A few days ago it worked.
The Exchange SnapIn is loaded and all other cmdlets work.
Can I repair the Exchangepowerhsell?

Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.E2010 fixed the Problem :)

Hi Phil,
You might have permissions issue.
Check what is listed when you run this:
Get-Command *ActiveSync*
EMC is working fine?
Try this fix: Though it talks about broken EMS, yours also might be similar to a minor level.
