Unable to mount .img file

Hi,

I'am having trouble installing the office pro plus 2013 trial. I downloaded the 64 bit version from https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/evalcenter/evaluate-office-professional-plus-2013. 

When i try installing the .img file, I receive an error quoting "Unable to mount". I'am currently using a windows 10 64bit OS.

Hi,

Some community members who have the same issue were able to fix it by copying and pasting the file and then trying to open the copied file.

If copying doesn't work, you can also try changing the .img extension to .zip and then handle the renamed file as you would any regular zip file.

This is happen also in different .img files?
Did you tried to download the file again?

I think maybe the file is corrupted.
