Windows 10 files and folder disappearing from Map network share and reappearing after some time

Hi,

I have a weird problem with one Windows 10 machine.

There is one particular map drive that doesn't display files and folders intermittently and then shows up after some time.

There are other map drives on the machine that don't have a problem.

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think I found the problem.

Offline sync was enabled.

After disabling was able to resolve the issue.

Have you deleted the mapped drive and recreated it?

What does the map too? (what OS what settings? i.e. perhaps user based enumeration ?)

I deleted and re-created but no change. Just for that Map drive.

I have checked the permission of the user and they are all fine.

The server is running Server 2012R2 and the workstation Win 10.

When the issue is happening I accessed the UNC path for the Map drive and it doesn't display the content.

It only displays a new folder the user has recently created. After a while, everything shows up.

I am suspecting the AV, we are using Webroot. I have updated the version to the latest.
