subsite doesn't show up in navigation bar

I have a site and a subsite.  I can only see the subsite information in the navigation bar of the main site when I'm logged in.

I stopped inheriting permissions for the subsite and allowed anonymous access, but it still doesn't show up.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

If you using server then activate publishing feature: Login with site collection administrator account

Go to Site Actions->Site Settings then under "site collection administration" section click on "site collection features". Now Activate the "Office Sharepoint Server Publishing Infrastructure" feature.

Now go to manage feature-->activate feature "Office SharePoint Server Publishing"

Now go to site settings page, you should see navigation option and click show subsites.
