Edge is Alway on top of the other windows Windows 10

This wasn't happening when I first got this computer, but somehow Edge is defaulting to being on top of any window that comes up.  I have to minimize it or close it to get to anything else. What happened? How do I stop it.  When I am switching between windows, the extra time to get it out of the way is interfering with my work.

Please try to [Restart] your computer (not [Shut down] > Power-On)

Hi,

This issue is typically associated with the "tablet mode".  Either turn off the tablet mode completely (if it was on), or toggle the mode on and then off again (if it was off)
