Project Web App - Sorry, you don't have a license to use Project Web App

Hi,

We are in the process of moving our Project on prem. to online. We subscribed for > 1,000 task owners and having been paying project lite license yearly.

Upon testing our QA site, our users received this message "sorry, you don't have a license to use Project Web App.

May I know what other steps that we have to do to help our users with the PWA access, we have been paying the lite license and I thought lite license for on prem can be used for the one online. Any other setting in the PWA we have to do to allow users to have the access so they can test their tasks?

Refer below burls. You have to Subscribe Project Online License and then Assign License to users.
