Windows 10 PRO no join azure AD option

Hello, I cannot found the place to join Azure AD domain.
By what I have found online it should show under the "About" tab "Join Azure AD".
There is nothing there, even "Join Domain" does not show.
If i try to use "Connect to work or school account" the "Alternate option" doesn't show at all.
Trying to just put the email and password will connect it but it doesn't join Azure AD.

I have another device that show all those options and I was able to join that one to Azure AD.
The new one is a brand new Surface with Windows 10 - 1704.

The system that I was able to join to Azure AD is the same version of Windows 10 but it's not a tablet.

Well, I figured it out.

First, you won't see those options if you are logged on with the built-in administrator.
You won't see those option as well if you are only logged with a users.
You need to have a users that is not the built-in administrator and is in the administrators security group.
