I can see this in EventViewer:

The DriverManager_984.dmp shows the ushwbfdrv.dll may be causing an issue:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for ushwbfdrv.dll
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for ushwbfdrv.dll
Probably caused by : WUDFHost.exe ( wudfhost!CLpcNotification::Run+1c )
The ushwbfdrv.dll appears to be a component of Dell ControlVault so try updating that driver:

Do you have any more dump files available?

Hi Karen,
I don't understand. I already have installed Win10 Pro.
In-Place Upgrade will do a repair install of Windows 10 without losing anything other than all installed Windows Updates.

The ushwbfdrv.dll appears to be still causing the crash.
The Dell ControlVault appears to be recently updated.
Have you considered installing an older version that may have worked without issue?

Coudy,
SO have your tried the suggestion in my previous post?
Hi Karen,
correct me, if I'm wrong, but ushwbfdrv.dll is library from Broadcom Corporation, and as far I know, this library is not packed in windows installer, or maintained by Microsoft.
But I'll try it during weekend, because it is time consuming operation.
