Hello!
A mistake that caused this, "No exact match was found. Click the item (s) That did not resolve for more options."
I want to grant permissions to a user and not recognize it.
The strange thing is that other applications within the same sharepoint server, if you see user names.
What do I do?

Hello!
I have this mistake in the "Alternate access mappings have not been configured. Users or services are accessing the site http://arshintranet01:36717 with the URL http://172.24.206.97:36717. This may cause incorrect links to be stored or returned to users. If this is expected, add the URL http://172.24.206.97:36717 as an AAM response URL. For more information, see: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=114854"/\>"
But add Alternate access mappings with url http://172.24.206.97:36717. remains the same.
