Hi,
Is there any powershell script which can help to copy/move contents with all columns' values retained and version history ?

Not that i'm aware of. It can be done but you'd have to splice three or four different examples together. It also depends on what you're moving and where you're moving to. In a simple case it's a few hours work, in complex cases you're looking at a lot of time to make it bulletproof.
Taken to the extreme you're talking about re-building the migration tools that Metalogix, AvePoint et al. have spent a lot of money on.
