Try to modify registry settings like:
HKLM/
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\OneSyncSvc
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\UserDataSvc
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\UnistoreSvc
Start value 4

What did SFC say?
Did you run DISM, and what did it say?

SFC - no corrupted files. Nothing has changed.
DISM - system health is clean or not corrupted. There was no requirement to run health restore.

They are all at 4 already... but let me ask you this: Are they all related to OneDrive? because I completely removed it from my system last year.

I'm not sure that they are related to OneDrive "directly". If I understand correctly, those services are related somehow "Settings -> Sync your settings" screen. And those settings are synced to the OneDrive per my understanding. So, somewhat indirectly related to the OneDrive.
We had bunch of similar errors in our domain joined PC's (every shutdown) and after modifying Start values they are gone. Also, we don't need any kind of syncing in corp. environment. So I have not digged any deeper to find out real impact related this "Start" value modification.

so if it's already in 4, maybe I should slap it to be 1 and reboot and 4 again...

Any update? Set their start value as "3" for test.

Not really.
The suggestion to set to 4 for these:
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\OneSyncSvc
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\UserDataSvc
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\UnistoreSvc
is different from the error that I'm getting which is:
The** User Data** **Access_47e0f **service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
The User Data **Storage_47e0f **service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
The **Contact Data_47e0f **service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
BUT the HEX number keeps changing. Now it's 125d7d for the three I mentioned above.
So I can't follow on what to do in the registry.

Hi,
Have you tried to set their value as "4" or "3" to check the result?

These:
The** User Data** **Access_47e0f **service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
The User Data **Storage_47e0f **service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
The **Contact Data_47e0f **service terminated unexpectedly.
DO NOT appear in my registry.
I have other hex values, not 47e0f

Hi,
What's the meaning of "DO NOT appear in my registry."?
Please give us the start value screenshot of the following three registries entry:
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\OneSyncSvc
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\UserDataSvc
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\UnistoreSvc
