Hi there...I would like to set up PXE server to hand out addresses in 10.x.7.x / 29 when requests come from 10.x.7.x (router), but the PXE / DHCP server is in
10.x.2.x address. Can you please let me know how to do it.
Server OS - Windows Server 2008 R2.

Hello,
did you configure a dhcp relay agent on the router that connects the subnets?

Hi there thanks for your reply...Yes its been configured in the router (10.x.7.x), but I am trying to add a scope with the address 10.x.7.x - 10.x.7.y, getting error "The starting address is not valid for this range. Make sure that the host ID is not 0"....I am trying this in the server in 10.x.2.x IP though....Please let me know.
