Hi Team,
I have created an additional domain controller on Azure.
There is a difference of half an hour between on premise AD and Azure ADC.
Both are in same time zone.
We want to manually set time for AZURE ADC same as On premise AD.
Please help on this.

Hi,
According to your description, maybe we can try to display the current time zone settings, and make sure the time zone settings are correct, we can use “w32tm /tz” in ADC VM. If the time zone settings are correct, we can use command “w32tm /resync /computer:premiseadname” to resynchronize the clock.
More information about w32tm, please refer to the link below:
If you still have questions, welcome to post back here. Thanks.
Best Regards,

It does not work. It switches back to the same time in 5 secs.

Hi,
Apologize, before we use “w32tm /resync /computer”, maybe we need to disable the VM IC Time Provider component, because Azure virtual machine takes time from virtual machines IC time provider.
To disable the VM IC Time Provider, follow below steps:
1.Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
2.Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders\VMICTimeProvider
3.In the right-pane, modify the enabled value to 0.
After the VM IC time provider was disabled, please use “w32tm /resync /computer:on-premiseadname” to resync time.
If the VM IC time provider disabled and still can’t set time same as On-premise AD, please use “w32tm /query /configuration” to list the configuration and post that back here.
Hope this helps you.

Hi All,
Thanks for the suggestion.
I managed to set the time on On Premise server same as that of Azure ADC and the issue is now resolved.
Thanks,
