How to remove subsites menu dropdown from top link bar?

Here Sites is automatically genrated and it's display subsites list under any specific site.

How can I disable this top link bar menu from Sharepoint Site?

I can not use Share Point Designer and I don't have access of server. I have just Url of site and I am administrator of it.

Hello,

Site Actions-> Site Settings-> Look and Feel-> Top link bar-> if you want to remove a link from there click the edit button of the link and then delete.
