Hello technet

Is it possible to find out who created a mailbox in Office 365

Unfortunately the mailbox I am referring to is a shared one and audit for shared mailboxes is valid 90 days.

Is there a way?

Hi.

View the administrator audit log

• Administrator auditing logging is enabled by default.

• Audit log entries are kept for 90 days. When an entry is older than 90 days, it's deleted.

You can create script for regular export data to local store.

View and export the external admin audit log

Search the audit log in the Office 365 Security & Compliance Cente

IMPORTANT: Mailbox audit logging must be turned on for each user mailbox before user activity in Exchange Online will be logged. For more information, see Enable mailbox auditing in Office 365.
