ADK for server 2019

Hi,

I want to play around with winPe from server 2019, however I need powershell in winPe, which ADK should I use to add .cab files to 2019 winpe?

Maybe this one? Windows ADK for Windows 10, version 1809

The current build of Windows Server 2019 is 1809 as well.
