Share Contacts greyed out in Outlook 2-13

Outlook 2013 will not allow me to share my Contacts Folder. Option not available in the context menu or in the ribbon. Both are greyed out. Any suggestions?

Hi,

What type of account do you use? IMAP, POP3 or Exchange? We can only share Contacts Folder with Exchange.

If you use Exchange, try on OWA if you can share the folder.

If you can share it on OWA, run Outlook in Safe Mode to determine if it's 3rd-party add-ins related.

Press Win + R and type “outlook.exe /safe” in the blank box, then press Enter.
If there’s no problem in Safe Mode, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which add-ins caused this issue.
