IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules missing from services

I have 'xbox live server connectivity blocked problem' and ive done everything official guide says to fix it, but there is no line IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules. Cant see it in services/msconfig

System components should be broken.

Try to use sfc /scannow and Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth commands to repair system image.

If no help, reset system and keep my files, or in-place upgrade via a clean iso
