We are starting to join our Windows 10 laptops to Azure AD. When we join them, the users have to set up a PIN as part of the Microsoft Passport authentication. I don't want users to be able to create simple PINs like 1234. But I don't see where to set the complexity requirements. Is this something that can be done through the Azure AD management console, or something that has to be configured at the device level. If on the device, where?
