I posted the below in the answers forum but was told to post here.

You can upgrade. You have to buy it though

Is it worth it? Absolutely if you want to join a domain.

Hi Paul,
As Gerry said, Windows 10 Pro version can join a domain, if you want to achieve this feature, you need to upgrade your current system.
Please note, we need a Pro version’s product key to upgrade, there is a link introduces how to upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro using this product key, maybe can give you some prompt.

Hope my clarification is clear.

Type winver at a command prompt to find out what W10 version you have. If it is Windows 10 Home you cannot join it to a domain.

And tell me a microsoft.
I've bought a laptop pc with Windows 10 home included for 1000 euros. No I should pay another 145 usd to buy the pro version just to have the feature to change the domain.
Why as a normal user can't use this?
At least give me a discount of 70% because I have home version.
Also give me a reason why not to download an install cracked version of windows 10 pro?
