Could you please share us more details regarding the error message here?
There used to be the similar issue occurred under Windows Server 2008 R2:
Event ID 7011: Service Timeout
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/13765.event-id-7011-service-timeout.aspx
Please take a try to increase the service timeout period, after that, check to see if this would work.
