I am seeing many of these events and cannot find a related issue/fix online??

Could you please share us more details regarding the error message here?

There used to be the similar issue occurred under Windows Server 2008 R2:

Event ID 7011: Service Timeout

Please take a try to increase the service timeout period, after that, check to see if this would work.
