For several last hours i get this:

The server was unable to process the request; please retry the operation. If the problem persists, please contact your Service Bus administrator and provide the tracking id..TrackingId:960a1f03-94f2-4dfe-bfa7-e67c29faadc0_G0_B0,TimeStamp:3/22/2013 8:14:30 PM;

when connecting to Service Bus. Anyone knows any information on this? What happened?

This issue might be caused by Azure has crashed. You can check the state on dashborad: http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/service-dashboard/.
