Organizational Forms Missing in Outlook 2016

Question

Wednesday, June 15, 2016 2:25 PM

Hello,

So we migrated from Outlook 2010 to Office 365 (Outlook 2016). The issue at hand is this, most users after migraton are able to see the Organizational Form Library with no issue. Some, however, do not. the Org Form Library does not present itself. I have opened premier support tickets with MSFT with no resolve...any thoughts on why this is occurring?

Thanks!

Ken

Hi Ken,

Do you mean the forms are missing or the forms library is missing?

What version of Exchange server are you using?

Have you checked if the users have correct permissions to the Organizational Form Library? We may try to assign permission to the Organizational forms library again for these users to see if it helps. For your convenience:

In addition, are these users in cached Exchange mode or online Exchange mode? If cached Exchange mode, please also try switching to online Exchange mode and then check if you can see the Org Form Library.

Are there any answers to this question?

I now have an organization full of Outlook 2016 users who are unable to see the Organization Forms Library.

We are in the process of migrating from  Exchange 2010 to 2016.  Any mailboxes on Ex 2016, using Outlook 2016, cannot see the library.  If those same people go to a different machne, using Outlook 2010, they CAN see the library.

To recap -

Ex 2016 - Outlook 2016  - no library

Ex 2016 - Outlook 2010 -  library is there, all good

Ex 2010  - Outlook 2010 - library is there, all good

Ex 2010 - Outlook 2016 - we have no users like that, no way to test this one

Online mode / cache mode makes no difference.  If the library is missing, that setting does not affect it one way or the other.

Help please
