Windows 10 Lock Down Desktop via GPO for public workstation

hello all,

rather than re-invent the wheel I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of some GPO templates that could be used to lock down a public workstation that only needs access to a few sites and 2 applications.  I've searched around but cant seem to find any.  Does MS put out these types of templates?
