Hi thakurAnunay,

Welcome to the MSDN forum.

Have you tried to Click ‘Sign out’ and then sign in with your available account again?

Refer to the error message, please try to verify this account and the subscription. You can access this page: https://my.visualstudio.com/subscriptions and sign in with this account that associated with your subscription, then check the subscription is apply for the VS enterprise 2017 and you can also click the ‘Product Keys’ tab to see if you have the available product key to unlock the VS enterprise 2017 or not.

If your issue is about the subscription account, please redirect to this support page: https://www.visualstudio.com/subscriptions/support/ to validate your account, then you can use it normally.

If you already verified your account and it is valid, please click Start and scroll down to the Visual Studio 2017 folder, expand it, run the ‘Developer Command Prompt for VS 2017 as administrator and run the command: devenv /resetuserdata to test.

Best regards,

Sara
