recovery stuck in window screen

 When I have opened my iball tablet it shows windows recovery error 0xc0000001. I tried to solve in bios but it still shows the same error.someone please help me how to resolve this issue. I don't have recovery disc.

Hi Akky9,

It seems that there is something wrong with the BCD.
Please take the following steps to have a troublehshoot.

Keep pressing "Shift" and restart the machine or boot from a Windows 10 installation media, choose "Troubleshoot", "Advanced", "Startup repair".

Or choose the "Command prompt" option and run the following command line:
Bootrec /fixmbr
Bootrec /fixboot
Bootrec /rebuildbcd

You have posted in wrong forum. You need to take your tablet to iBall outlet and get that fixed. Or if this is windows OS corruption issue you need to post it in windows forum.
