Question

I have a Raspberry Pi 3 V1.2, Windows IoT updated to last digits .448.
Boots up fine and it will reboot fine too; but when it is shout-down, the RPi ends in a non-stop series of 7 blinks.
1) what do the repeating 7 blinks mean?
2) How do I know I can turn the DC power off?
3) any other codes for the green LED?

Hi JFHnS,
1 & 3. Specifics to the raspberry Pi green and red LED diagnostics can be found in their forum at https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums .
2. When the OS is not writing to the SD Card
Conclusion: I suspect 7 blinks means no bootable image as if you power down the Pi without ensuring it is not writing to the SD Card you can corrupt the card.
Sincerely,
