I know what you are thinking, "Not this again, this has been answered a thousand times"
.Net 3.5 will NOT install. I have tried everything i can find and more. It is windows 10 Pro, 1809. these have all failed;
Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:D:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess
dism /online /add-package /packagepath:D:\sources\sxs
Set the WSUS server key to 0
The actual error, (for the add-package command) is

Hi,
Have you tried install in safe mode with networking?
Check if you have installed 4.6, please uninstall 4.6 then install 3.5.
