Default file name used for mouse pointer for Normal Select

What is the default file name for Normal Select that Windows uses if select 'Use Default'. I'm looking for the specific file name, so I can use the same pointer for other options.

Thank you for your post.

Windows 10 uses .ani (animated cursor) and .cur (cursor) files for the mouse pointers.

The default Cursor folder in Windows 10 is located at C:\Windows\Cursors. It would be best to keep your pointers saved in this folder as well.

You could find the default file name used for mouse pointer for Normal Select in this folder.

Hello Carl Fan, the file name you refer to is transparent black in the cursor folder. Do you know why that is?

Or more correctly, the cursor with the file name you mentioned is transparent black in my folder.
