How do I sort Favorites in Edge?

Question

Wednesday, January 27, 2016 8:20 PM

They seem to be scrambled and randomly listed.  There is no sort function that I see.  Am I missing something?

Are you missing something? Nope! Microsoft Edge How to organize Favorites

Only option is to drag 'em around one at a time. Welcome to Edge! The Feedback app would be place to feed this back in. Also did I mention Firefox ?

Thanks...I think.  I posted it here because I thought something was broken.  I'll go to feedback.  Pretty lame something that basic is missing.  I hear the fox howling...

There is now a 3rd-party application called EdgeManage that will allow you to sort your favorites (plus a whole lot more)

I had a hard time believing your not kidding. Just one more reason not to use Microsoft Edge.

Sometimes I think Microsoft software developers are geniuses who lack common sense. Windows 8 being a major example.

I found two ways. One is to click on one of the bookmark names and simply click, hold and move. The other more simpler way to do them all at once is to click on any bookmark name and right click. One of the options will be to sort. You are done.
