Hello,

Uninstall HP mobile data protection sensor from Device Manger

Then, Open windows Control Panel, open Programs and Features, right click the entry for HP 3D DriveGuard and select Uninstall.

When this has completed, restart the notebook.

When Windows has reloaded, download and install the version of HP 3D DriveGuard on the following link.

I tried your steps.

First, I do not have  HP 3D DriveGuard in my list of programs, so I could nit uninstall.

Second, I received ERROR 404 when I tried your link.

Any other suggestions?

regards
