Windows 10 FTP Server gives "500 Command not understood." with MLSD command

Hello,

I am trying to connect to the Windows 10 FTP Server with a program that issues an MLSD command.

The Windows 10 FTP Server returns "500 Command not understood."

Is there a configuration setting for this or is this a limitation?
