Question

I'm playing a bunch of jpg's as a slideshow, but the speed is too fast. Every post I've read thus far says to right-click anywhere on the screen while the slideshow is running and a menu will appear letting one adjust the speed. However, when I right-click it simply stops the slide show. No menu appears.
How do I do this?

Hi,
You could utilize the slide show feature under file explorer -->Manage and then right click the pictures to get three options: slow, medium and fast.
To achieve this, you could place the images into one folder and then click picture tools under manage. Choose slide show to start and then right click the image to choose slow speed as you expected.
Thanks,
Jenny

Hi Jmarkfoley
Please follow below article will help you
This is simple: Just right-click on any image displayed during the slideshow. You’ll see this pop-up menu as a result:

As I mentioned, right-clicking on any image during the slide-show simply stops the slide-show. No menu pops up.
Other issues:
If I hit [Window]-Alt-R to start recording during a slide show it stops the slide show.
If I hit [Windows]-Alt-R to start recording, then start the slide show, it stops recording.
Is this simply not doable or am I just very confused?
Note, my objective is to convert a bunch of JPGs to an MP4 video.

the right click menu seems to have gone , the interval value in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Personalization\Desktop Slideshow - has also gone missing - [also running a slideshow from picture tools in folder takes over both screens in a two screen set up leaving one screen black] - Has the former right click menu which allowed speed adjustment ,and a single screen slideshow - in a two screen set up - been forgotten or removed?
