Error 0x800041005 trying to unzip a password protected file.

I have the password but doesnt give me the option to apply it. Its on a new laptop which had Windows 10 pre-installed. Thanks

I do not believe Windows has the ability to open password protected Zips by default. Try a third party Zip program.

http://www.7-zip.org/ 7 Zip is one a more established and popular ones out there.

Where do you get the zip file with Password protection？

First， I would like you to know my test results:

1. I create a zip files with 7-zip with Password protection.

2. In Windows 10, I try to extract it but the error appeared: 

It appeared that Windows 10 cannot extract the password protected zip files without the 3rd part program like Mr Happy mentioned.
