On this computer there was an unexplained crash and in viewing the event logs this entry was found:
Source: Win32k Event ID: 701 Level: Warning Description: Power Manager has not requested suppresion of all input (INPUT_SUPPRESS_REQUEST=0)
Please explain event ID 701
How come there were hundreds of warnings?
What is the meaning of: Power Manager has not requested suppresion of all input (INPUT_SUPPRESS_REQUEST=0)
Another event viewer entry displayed: Power Manager has requested suppresion of all input (INPUT_SUPPRESS_REQUEST=1)
There were many (hundreds) request=0 and request=1 in the event viewer.
What is the significance or each request=0 and each request=1?

It seems like the request=1 means “on” and request=0 means “off”.
