Outlook Conditional Formatting options for font size. Smaller/Normal/Big/Bigger (Unreadable/Too Small/Too Big/Ridiculous)

Question

I have a laptop with a QHD (3200x1800) LCD, so font size is an issue for me.  In the conditional formatting, the font size choices are limited to  Smaller/Normal/Big/Bigger which translate to 9/11/14/16 pt.  For me, 11 is way to small and 14 is way too big.  Is this really the range of options that we have?

I agree with this, Matt. I've solved the same issue by changing fonts. For example, while I prefer Segoe UI as my default font, 14 pt. Segoe UI is just too big in the Outlook UI. On the other hand, 14 pt. Calibri is more compact and works for me. Thus, I changed my Outlook fonts to Calibri.

Two thoughts:

  1. The Small, Normal, Big & Bigger design in Outlook conditional fonts is inconsistent and seems dumb.
  2. There is a bug where I need to choose the "Big" (14 pt.) conditional font size to match the normal 11pt Row font setting.

This has been driving me crazy! Thank you for the Calibri suggestion - works for me :)
