How to get DHCP special options from client side, and using basic credentials?

Question

The scenario: you want to test to which WDS server the client will connect to.

You know that the a special DHCP option is being delivered alongside with regular IP options, so it would be nice to have a ipconfig /dhcpoptions or so, to  see all DHCP options that were received by DHCP client

It´s possible?

Goal#1 - How to get the DHCP options currently in use without any special privilege?

alternative: Goal#2 - How to get the DHCP options currently in use with local (Win10, client) admin rights?

There are some optins avaliable, like usnig NetMon/Wireshark, but it doens´t fit into my needs, because it requeires to install a special software and also debugging a real-time data exchange and I also need the current dhcp options, but without any disruption caused by renewing the IP

Also, using NETSH to investigate it´s not an option too, it wil be required to know DHCP server, name of the scope, things genearly not available to level1 support

IN my case, all workstations got some DHCP options for WDS, but also for IP Phones and other special options, so, can I get the DHCP options besides IP, mask, etc, to get this very details?
