Question

Newly imaged machines are not showing any items in software center even after running several machine policy retrievals and waiting an hour. All of my boundary and discovery settings are correct in my console, other machines don't have the problem...just newly imaged machines. They show up in my console as active and there are no duplicates. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Did the Client Registration succeed (-> ClientIDManagerStartup.log)? Is the Client still in Provisioning Mode?

Just to add to this, boundaries and discovery have nothing to do with deployments showing up in Software Center.

Hi, it sounds that, just like Simon said, the clients are still in Provision Mode. In this mode, the client will refuse to receive advised programs, software update deployments and other deployments.
A simple way to check if the client is at Provision mode is to check below registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\CCM\CcmExec, the word ProvisionMode, if True, then Provision mode.
There are ways to get back client from provision mode on line, see one as example:

The registry indicates that the machine is not in provisioning mode as it reads false and still, nothing shows up in SC. Items do appear after about an hour or so however.

Have you reviewed clientidmanagerstartup.log?

Hi, i had kinda same problems. How do you manage the collection membership for the deplyoments? If you have dynamically collections with limiting collection check if the match, please also check if the are set to incremental update. Maybe you have success

I have just been waiting...some machines get connected right away, others can take 30-60min

What happens if you use the Deployment Monitoring Tool, can you see the Deployments there? If yes, when the tools says "DT cannot be empty", you maybe have the same issue as I have.
Check https://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/e0bd29ad-adf5-4c33-a2f2-740df8cc6c32/applications-not-visible-in-software-center in that case, maybe it helps
