Hi,
I have a software which is only compatible with .net 4.5. However, I am not able to figure out how to uninstall .net 4.7 in my windows 10 machine. Can anyone please let me know what steps need to be followed to do this?

Hello,
Search for 'Turn Windows Features On or Off' using Cortana and pick the same from search results. Then uncheck the .NET Framework 4.7 option and click OK.
Regards.

'Turn Windows Features On or Off' only contains the ".NET Framework Advanced Services", so unchecking this will not uninstall the complete Framework.
.NET 4.7 is included in the Creators Update and can not be uninstalled.

Hi,
.Net framework 4.7 is contained in Windows 10, so it is can’t deleted manually. We just could enable or disable it from Turn Windows Features On or Off.
At the same time .Net framework 4.5 is compatibility with Windows 7 and Windows 8, except Windows 10. So we can’t install it on Windows 10 separately.
Please check if it is available to run this software through right click\Properties\compatibility\Run this program in compatibility mode
Best regards,
