Missing new folder and when i open regedit i can't see directory/background

Hi there. I have one problem which i can't resolve. Problem is listed below:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\New\ (How it should look)

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\New (on my windows 10 without Background)

Hi Deni Rustemovic,

I understand it, I consider that's why missing new folder.

Two methods you could try.

1. Copy this registry from other normal computers and add it to this computer

Thanks Carl Fan. I've imported new reg file that have this directory/background...

you don't need to copy directory from another computer

you just go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\desktopbackground\shellex\contextmenu handler

and then create new key 

double click on default paste {D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719} in value data
