Hi,
On one of our Exchange servers the following pages all display "page cannot be displayed" I cant see any error in the event logs and things like OWA and ECP are all working ok on the server. Performance looks ok too.
The only thing I have done recently is upgraded to CU7 although to be honest, I'm not 100% sure if this was a problem before the update or not.

Hi gblue,
Please verify whether the Microsoft Exhcange Health Manager service is running well, also try to restart it.
If restarting Health Manager service doesn't solve this issue, please try to recreate the Health Mailboxes.
How to recreate health mailboxes:
1. Run Get-Mailbox –Monitoring will list all the health mailboxes.
2. It shows up 2 health mailboxes for per mailbox database, one for mailbox and the other for public folder.
3. Please try to open ADUC and located the Monitoring Mailboxes folder, then select and delete them. Pic as below:

4. Restart the Exchange Health Manager service on all of your MBX server and wait for a minute, the service will recreate the health mailboxes. Pic as below:

5. After recreating the health mailbox, we can notice that the new ones different from previous ones.
Thanks

Thank you for the guidance. I couldn't find much help on this issue until I found this forum post. I was having a similar issue and ended up blogging about it.
