Question

Unable to back up start tiles as the TileDataLayer is not in the user\appdata\local location which means the Database folder has been moved.
How do I find this folder so I can backup my start tiles as export start-layout -path "C:\users\desktop\tilebackup.xml" doesn't work as element can't be found.
Any assistance on to accomplish this task would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
ldp4now

Hi Momominta,
Thanks for your quick response even though it leads nowhere. How can a feature not provide anyway to be backed up? This doesn't make any sense.
What good is it to pin live tiles but no way to protect them.
Microsoft really dropped the ball!
Please keep in touch as I have close to 100 tiles that provide me quick access to the web page in question.

Thanks, forgot to edit my post above, because I came across (and used it) on the same day.
In fact I "documented" it in this thread
