System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager
There is no error, as a Success message the status is, "Content was distributed to distribution point".
I'm not seeing any errors in distmgr.log or PkgXferMgr.log
I'm not seeing a back log of messages anywhere under inboxes\statmgr.box\
It's as if a state message was sent and lost? It just sits there. Seems like a retry attempt would have taken care of this.
Is there some way to trigger System Center to generate a state message again or otherwise update this status? I'd rather not have to redistribute the package again just to get this clear state. This seems to happen occasionally and with a larger package redistributing would be impractical. Is this a known issue? If so, I'm looking for the work-around.
(It has had 4 days to catch up.)
Thanks ahead of time.

Normally you would see an error in the PkgXferMgr.log file. Search for the phrase ' Sending failed'.
Also the content status should update to tell you the error e.g. hash mismatch or some such.

Have you already tried kicking off content validation for that object?

That changed the message to a successful verification message. I was hoping to see this message become just like all the others, to just increase the count of 'Successfully distributed content'.
Is this a known bug? Is this the best work-around? -- To just verify the content is present?

Hi,
How about "Update distribution points" in packages properties? Does it can help you to update the content status?

You mean update the distribution points after updating the distribution points? I figured this might resolve the issue, but I was hoping to avoid redistributing of data again. With some larger packages, this would be impractical.

In PkgXferMgr.log getting below message after every 20 mins
No (more) send requests found to process.
Waiting for new/rescheduled send requests, Maximum Sleep Time = 20 minutes
